Who we are
We are experienced real estate investors, property managers, general contractors, handyman all rolled up into one effective and cohesive team.
Our journey started with one 3-family residential fixer-upper in Bristol, RI in 2001.
Since then our team has involved into our current form from our own frustration of not able to find an integrated team of services managers and skilled trades people to manage our growing portfolio of small residential multi-family properties.
Based on the that experience, we now offer the integrated services that we wished we had back then. We offer the services to the property owners and landlords who want to be less hands-on, and want to enjoy more of their well-earned free-time, or more family time, or better work-life balance, or perhaps your retirement.
